We would like to thank all the generous folks who participated on Give to the Max Day and at our Cub Foods Bagging for tips. Just over $3,000 was raised on Give to the Max Day and $1300 was raised in tips at Cub Foods. Thank you so much for your support!

Saturday Dec. 8th and Sunday Dec. 16th, we will be at the Willmar PetSmart showing off our shelter dogs. Cats are always there as PetSmart is a wonderful Shelter partner who houses and adopts out our shelter cats and kittens. Looking for spectators, adopters and volunteers to be with us from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. and Yes, it is our annual Bake Sale and Gift-Wrapping event at the Kandi Mall in Willmar. Both events will be going on from 11:00-2:00. If you are making goodies and would be willing to donate any extras, that would be wonderful. They need to be packaged and the ingredients need to be listed. We’d love it if you put a price tag on them too. Drop off the day of at the Kandi Mall at 10:30, or Friday at the shelter between noon and 6:00 p.m.

Another Bagging for Tips event at Cub Foods in Willmar. Can we top the record setting event in November? The day before Thanksgiving our volunteers bagged groceries and shoppers tipped them. Proceeds from that event hit $1300. This event will run from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Get at team together. We run this in two-hour shifts. If that doesn’t work, we can fit you in. Join the fun and help the shelter animals.
