SHAKOPEE — The body that was found floating in the Minnesota River in Shakopee Dec. 3 has been identified as a Bloomington man. 63-year old Michael Timothy Erickson, was identified yesterday by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office. The Bloomington man’s cause and manner of death remains under investigation. Erickson was found in the river near Huber Park on December 3rd.
